  • 1. Local Participants are those who have Indonesian ID or KITAS / KIMS.
  • 2. International Participants are those who come from abroad or participants who do not meet the qualification above.
  • 3. The date to be used for deciding whether the registration is considered to be Early Bird Registration or not is the date that is appears on the transfer payment slip.
  • 4. Participants who are personnel of Parahyangan Catholic University have to enclose official register number of employees (NIK) in Parahyangan Catholic University.
  • 5. Participants who are classified as alumni of Parahyangan Catholic University have to enclose a scanned copy of their graduation certificate from Parahyangan Catholic University.
  • 6. Participants who are currently undergraduate students (diploma or bachelor) have to enclose a scanned copy of official statement from the institution to explain their status as active students.
  • 7. The additional rate is charged if the call for paper participant registers more than one paper to be presented.
  • 8.
    • a. Those who wish to attend both the seminar and call for paper (paper presenters or participants) must pay the full conference fee.
    • b. Those who wish to attend the seminar only need to pay the seminar fee.
  • 9. Category of participants (local, international, university student, alumni, intern) is based on the status of the major writer of the paper.
  • 10. The list of rates presented above excludes accomodation and transportation rate.
